Hi Baba,
Yesterday was your 79th birthday. Mom and I left beautiful flowers for you, and we took some time to remember you. I feel only overwhelming gratitude when I remember the kind of father you were to me. Thanks for everything. I miss you SO much, dad! I always wished I was more like you. I know God is taking care of you right now. Love always, Candy
To Wendy,Candice and Mrs Jan and family,
I want to share with you how fortunate i was to work with your loved one.I am a registered nurse and i was blessed to be showered by his goodness.Your father was a man of few words but his ways were sure, consistent, full of wisdom and full of God's ways.He was kind, caring, sweet, respectful, humble and diligent man.Every time he saw me ,he asked me how am i doing, how's my health and one day i told him that i was ok and it was just a cholesterol problem, that was the time he encouraged me to walk.At first i find all the reasons not to do it,though how private person he was ,he shared to me how he run before going to work probably just to inspire and encourage me.With his kind persistence and checking,i did finally walk and he was happy about it.When at times he never sees me from long stretched off, first thing he will tell me "im worried about you,How are doing"and i will say" im doing fine why worry and he will say "because i never seen you for awhile, that's how sweet your father was.Dr Jan was very respectful and humble man especially to us ,his subordinates,a seldom and rare characteristic you've seen from a doctor .He greeted us Good Morning every time he made rounds ,he never grabbed a chair without saying"may i take this seat"'never yelled to us even when we called him late at night, never forgot to say thank you.in In this world of modern technology, where everything is computerized Dr Jan,with his perseverance learned and listened patiently everything that he supposedly to know while others gave up while he did it well.He was was a very generous in his special way,he never take a second to write a prescription whenever were sick ,never tight giving compliments, truly i will miss him when he tapped my shoulder when i did something good for him.To you Dr Jan ,thank you for teaching me important lessons in life.May God bless your soul for a job well done.I will miss you but your legacy will remain.Respectfully yours.Margo.
My sincere condolences. I never had a chance to meet Dr. Jan but knowing his Daughter Candice, I can see what a sweet and caring person he was. May he forever Rest In Peace.
"Let the memory of Dr. Wen-Feng Jan be with us forever"
